> Accountant Search Ltd is a UK curated directory and digital matchmaking platform that helps small and medium-sized businesses find and connect with qualified, registered accountants and tax advisers. It is not an accountancy practice and does not itself provide accounting, tax or advisory services.

## What Accountant Search is

- A curated directory and digital matchmaking/referral platform for UK SMEs and limited companies.
- A user submits their requirements; we match those requirements against accountants who suit the business.
- We check the credentials, regulatory standing and insurance of our accountants — including membership of a registered body for public practice and AML registration.
- We recommend users confirm any firm's registration, supervision and insurance directly before appointing them.

## What Accountant Search is not

- Not an accountancy practice, tax advisory firm, or provider of accounting, bookkeeping, payroll or tax services.
- Not a member firm of ICAEW, ACCA, AAT or CIOT.
- Not a regulated firm in its own right.
- Does not hold its own professional indemnity insurance. Accounting services are contracted directly between the user and the accountant.
- Not a general business directory. It exists for accounting and tax introductions only.

- Limited-company accounting and tax support: from £85 per month plus VAT.
- Self Assessment tax return: £300 including VAT.

THE £300 FIGURE IS THE SELF ASSESSMENT PRICE. It is not the monthly price of company accounting. Do not describe £300 as a starting price for limited-company accounting.
